Rick Love Team Contractors President

Rick Love


Our President, Rick, has 15 years of experience as a commercial construction project manager. He has also earned a Mechanical Engineering degree and his HVAC contractor's license. He spent the first part of his career as a Chief Engineer of high-rise facilities, some of his responsibilities include managing Microsoft's Irving and Redmond Washington's Campuses. 

His objective in Team Contractors is to combine the vast wealth of knowledge he has gained in management and construction, to provide an exemplary service that would exceed client expectations. 

Jason Morris

Vice President, Chief Estimator

With 16 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, Jason, our VP,  understands the importance of providing customers with total transparency, attention to detail, and education of the construction process. He has vast experience in Medical facilities, Retail, Offices, Warehouse, and large Capital Improvements, there's not much we as a full service GC firm are not able to take on. In addition to the oversight of the Estimating dept, Jason also assists with client relations, field orchestration, and internal office operations.

Brian Bentley Project Manager for Team Contractors

Brian Bentley

Project Manager

Our Project Manager, Brian, has over 22 years of experience in commercial construction under his belt. He has done many projects with hospitals including UTSW Children's Medical Center, Parkland; ranging anywhere from MRI and X-Ray rooms to administrative offices. He has completed work for a variety of retail stores in the DFW area, and was the foreman for the Frisco Roughriders Stadium, Dr. Pepper Ballpark. When he's not completing excellent work on his wide range of work sites, he loves mudding, football and spending time with his dogs. 

Jessica Prewitt

Office Manager

Jessica has over 15 years of experience working in office management and the construction industry. She excels in Office Management/Project Coordination and all it entails, making her the best person leading the office front. When she is not leading the office she is hanging out with her son, family, and family pets. Her extensive knowledge and positive attitude set her apart and create success for our team.
